EducationTo advance the education and protect and preserve the good health of the pupils of primary schools in Mbeere district of Kenya, near Embu, in particular but not exclusively, by the provision of equipment and funding, and for such charitable purposes as the trustees may from time to time determine. In the long term we may be able to provide finances to train teachers or sponsor any gifted pupils. Hopefully some of these pupils will carry our ideas forward to the next generation.

Research into Water Supply and TreatmentTo fund and develop research into, but not limited to the following:
Agricultural and General Quality of LifeResultant eventual improvement in agricultural output and quality of life for both the schools and the local communities.
Funding and ExpertiseFunding will be needed for the above as well as voluntary and/or paid assistance and advice from experts in various fields such as teachers, local planners, engineers, surveyors, hydrologists, soil specialists, agriculturalists, health experts, local craft trainers(carpenters, bricklayers, concreters, pipe layers)
Ownership and community involvementWe are fully aware of the importance of involving local craftsmen and stakeholders, and insuring that our work will eventually become self-sustaining and independent of external subsidy. Training in local skills, and the use of locally bought materials for construction projects are essential if projects are to survive. A large amount of time and effort will be invested to research all the above before proceeding with any project. Awareness of local sensitivities and respect for the needs of the school and community are essential for success. We intend to supervise much of the work locally in the future.
